Their advanced technical products require customers and retailers to easily have access to manuals, firmware, drivers and data sheets. Our solution to this became a file archive with easy-to-navigate structure and efficient search functionality. The file archive supports many types of files and can preview, for example, Word and PDF files.
COBS also has many retailers and customers who may not have all the technical expertise to solve all types of problems they encounter. Through a case management system, their dealers and customers can post support tickets to get help from COBS technicians. The system makes it easy for COBS technicians to coordinate and streamline support to their customers.
Furthermore, they can see which questions often come back and can then add them to their knowledge database / FAQ.
